What are the additional charges?

We love transparent business and happy relationship like a family. And we know money creates dispute. That's why please read all points carefully where additional charges applicable:
1. Any device like biomatric scanner, NFC device, NFC Card, Tablet, Mobile etc
2. Any change in project is subject to charge additional. Please check our free trial carefully before purchase. The product you see in trial will be as-it-is and as-available basis.
3. We welcome your opinion, if its worthful for product we implement it in near version freely.However if customer want on urgent basis we charge additionally.
4. SMS charges are additional and cost vary in countries
5. Network Authentication Security yearly cost is additional - check add-on section in proposal.
6. Branding/White-labeling(Web and Mobile) charges are additional. Check proposal for detail. Partial Branding is free.
7. In case of web-branding Domain and SSL charges will be additional
8. Additional AMC applicable for Self-Hosted Plans.
9. Additional charges applicable for visiting/onsite support and vary from location to location.
10. For Video Library module customer has to setup their own server and network infrastructure like Router, Access Point etc. Client has to own its costing.

How do I pay to buy EIS?

From "Order Now" button present in Plan and Price Page , you can go for payment.

What is the activation time required after payment?

After payment, confirmation mail is sent to you. Then our activation-team will ask you few details required for license/plan activation through email. Once your replied all details we take minimum 2 hrs and maximum 24 hrs to activate the plan.

What are the user-roles EIS supports?

EIS has inbuilt support for multiple roles like Super Admin, Admin, Student, Employee, Manager, Operator, Faculty and Accountant.
It has configuration to assign customized permission for specific user/employee. However student permissions are fixed but access can be restricted for special cases.

What to do when EIS is not running?

Try below options:
1. Check your internet connectivity
2. Try Force-Load web-browser (Ctrl+F5)
3. Try logout then re-login
4. Problem still persist then call us immediately or report problem to our support team.

How do I active license for Self-Hosted Plan?

Note: Internet connection is mandatory for license activation.
Kindly follow the steps below:

Start the Web Server and Request for login page.
When license is not activated, it will prompt activation wizard/form.
Enter activation key(serial no) given with product then proceed.
Further actions will be automatically executed by system itself.

Can I continue the same trial software for main use after purchase?

No! Because we provide trial instance with some sample data to use the software correctly. If you wish to continue trial after purchase, ask our team for blank-instance for trial.

Can I use EIS from multiple PC?

Yes! Its a web application and can be accessed from multiple PC simultaneously from multiple user accounts. However there is a single-session-per-user security applied in project, means when same user is trying to login from different PC, previous will be automatically logout.

Can EIS allow increase of limits for user, enquiry and student?

No! you can upgrade to higher plan. Or enterprise plan is a best choice.

What is your Refund Policy ?

I'm sure once you use our product you will love it and enjoy our services.

Refund is applicable within 6 months from subscription date. Due to anonymous reason if you don't want to continue with our services, we can process the refund without any objection. Whichever case is applicable from below two :

Case 1. We deduct the charges for used-period(on per day basis). Also if the GST is paid, that too will be deducted and remaining amount will be refunded.

Case 2. In case of Branding or Customization, if its implemented for client its charges will be deducted and remaining amount will be refunded.
This process takes 7 working days.

I want to upgrade EIS. What should I do?

Choose the suitable plan and make the payment. Then inform our support-team they can process it within 2 hrs. Or call us and discuss with us.
