1. Term Definition:

The Terms "WE", "OUR", "US", "COMPANY", "ORGANIZATION", "ACADEMY" refers to -
P Khandelwal Tutorials (www.pkhandelwaltutorials.com)
User/Student/You means any person or entity who is visiting/browsing our mobile app/website, taking our services and using products and programs.

2. Infrastructure and Platform

We provide training infrastructure to students on "as is" and "as available" basis. We always try to provide up-to-date and suitable infrastructure, facilities and learning platform.

3. Price Detailing and Payment

On proposal or during inquiry, course details and prices are described clearly with applied taxes, scholarship / offer / discount / coupon / group discount, full course subscription, payment terms including part payment, delay payment, advance payment (registration fees) and payment schedule etc. We deal with upfront payment(full/part/advance) for training services.

4. Offer Validity and Group Discounts

The offers given to users will be applied only within its validity period. Once validity is expired regular pricing will be applied. Group (fixed number of students) discount is also valid for a given time period. When count is less in group the regular fees-structure will be applied.

5. Refund Policy

Total calculated efforts and cost (work which is already done on project/training) will be deducted from paid amount.
Fee GST part is non refundable.
The refund will be processed after 15 days of settlement.
We will provide clear justification for refund.
No refund applicable on discount(or group discount).
In advanced registration for a batch, if batch could not be started then 100% fees will be refunded.

6. Delay Payment Policy

The service may be interrupted when payment is delayed.
When payment is delayed from the due date 10% will be charged extra on the due amount for the first month after that either service will be terminated or 10% extra charge will be continuing for all coming months.
Reactivation of service is possible on "as is" and "as available" basic. Also the due charges and reactivation charges may be applicable to resume the services

7. Service Cancellation and Termination

Completion of course, contract/subscription will automatically end.
No refund is applicable in service termination.
When payment is not made ontime, service will be terminated/blocked/interrupted.
When you are involved in any conflict.
In case of unsatisfactory behavior.
In case of distracting our training/classroom work culture.
In case of data stolen/resell/unauthorized-sharing.

8. Service warranty and limitations

Training is served as best of trainers skills, mistakes may be possible.
Possibly all mistakes and doubts will be clarified during the course duration.
The course coverage is at its best and in-depth as per academic level.
Doubts/issues will be resolved through face to face, email, phone call, discussion forum and sometime screen sharing for remote users.
Sometimes, it may possible that we allow you to recover the skipped topics in following batches or through video recorded classes.

9. Dispute Resolution, Law and Jurisdiction

By direct communication to user.
By any third party settlement.
Exclusive jurisdiction area and forum - the services are subject to the Indian laws and the courts in - District and Sessions Court, Indore, Madhya Pradesh, India, in accordance with Arbitration and Conciliation Act of 1996.

10. Other Terms

Personal Information will not be retained longer than it is reasonably required to provide the service and will be deleted when it is no longer required or upon request, whichever is earlier, subject to any obligations to the government legal compliance.
No guarantee or warranty for uninterrupted availability of third party services like web server/app, domain/dns and related services.
Any losses to users through hacking, virus, security, disaster etc are not our responsibility. We are not responsible for any recovery of losses. We may help and advice our client regarding this and tell the possible precautions.
The services offered are "as is" and "as available" basis.
